          True Sun Ali " Be The Best" Mixtape Vol.1

Representing his boro strongly, the well known artist known as "The Voice of BK" mixtape is an example of what commercial Hip Hop is lacking & where an Independant artist's grind gets slept on. His album features melodic & dark tones that express and reveal a view of Brooklyn that only a Brooklyn MC can do.

Dj Instynctz steers the album in the style of the late 90's when mixtapes were the big craze. In reviews to the mixtape there were 4 tracks that caught my attention.

"Ready For War" - True Sun Ali : the way he rode the beat & flow to the song after awhile your so in tuned to the track it feels like your spitting the track 


"Gimme A Sign" _ Jus Cuzzo feat True Son Ali : Here we have one of True's many Producers who stepped in the booth and expressed yet another skill, his voice.

"Da Breakthru (Never)"- True Son Ali : Expresses what we call "Character" 


"Wave" - (Bonus Track) feat Rock Redd, True Sun Ali, Munchdawg & Shakeema Nix - I can hear this in a club. 


His music is definably ready for heavy rotation in the whip giving us an Old School flow. Whether your driving down a Brooklyn block or hitting the I95 heading O.T, True Sun Ali has established his own name and style & has found his lane.
