Welcome To @IamNewYitty

Welcome To New Yitty

A product of the East New York section in Brooklyn, N.Y., New Yitty (which means New York) is poised to take over the rap world with a flow that is what he likes to call "Aggressively Laid Back". Far from a rookie, New Yitty began rhyming in 1999, with the encouragement of his friend/ producer Sky Carter.
While attending Marshall University in Huntington, W.V., New Yitty hooked up with another student/local rapper and formed the group The Great Onez. After opening up for acts such as Drag-On and The Nappy Roots, the local success of their debut album "Destined for Greatness" was short lived when Yitty was sentenced to Federal Prison for "Possession With The Intent To Distribute".
After serving four years, New Yitty returned to a brand new focus, a polished flow and what seem to be a rejuvenated swag! His first day home, after spending time with some family and friends, Yitty immediately began recording his first solo mixtape "New Jack Yitty". Shortly after, he began doing countless showcases throughout the NYC area as well as multiple mixtape placements and features. Yitty was back and ready to be the "Face of NY".
When childhood friend and business partner Papers brought Canadian Super-Producers IllaTracks to Yitty's attention, a light bulb went off! He thought, "Their tracks had the sound I was looking for. That New York/ New Yitty sound. And the fact that they're from Canada I saw an opportunity to spread my fan base." Yitty began recording to their tracks along with Sky Carter's and various other producers.
In 2010, New Yitty was featured on 4 tracks on IllaTrack's album "Illegal Sound Vol. 1" which also featured various artists both locally and internationally, mainly from Canada, France and New York. He also released the epic Audio-Cinema "2020 Shit: The Movie" with Block Huggaz label mate & High School friend O.D. "2020 Shit" features production from both Sky Carter and IllaTracks and was released via iTunes. New Yitty has managed to create a buzz both locally and internationally with these releases along with a string of music videos via NewYitty.com, YouTube and tons of Hip-Hop blog sites.
Currently, New Yitty is set to release his highly anticipated mixtape/album "N.Y.S.O.M. (New Yitty State Of Mind)" and is set to jump to the forefront of the "New-New York" movement with what he says to be, "Classic Music". With his ability to create timeless music, expect New Yitty to be around for quite a while. When asked what we should expect from him, he says, "You can expect greatness from me. I've been though a lot and I've seen a lot. I feel blessed that I've been given the gift of putting these real life experiences into song format. When I dropped "You Get It!!!", people really took to it and it was really about my life. I put a lot of pressure on myself because I expect greatness from myself."
Being around New Yitty, there's a certain confidence about him. The feeling that he is so sure. Sure about the fact that he has something special to offer and we should be happy to receive it. But at the same time, there's a respectful and humbleness about him as well. With experiences that range from college to prison, from the streets to 9-5, I'm sure Yitty will be able to keep us tuned in for years to come. I get it...

Music Mystro

Mystro was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. Raised by his mother and father and grandparents, he grew up listening to different types of music ranging from Michael Jackson to Prince and Marvin Gaye; Slick Rick to Big Daddy Kane. At age 11 Mystro started learning how to DJ by going to his next door neighbor and playing records learning. There he learned how to catch drops, breaks, snares and kicks. A year later Mystro picked another hobby which consisted of writing rhymes, and recording them in a home studio down the block from his house. Around The age of 17 Mystro grew an interest in music production due to a fall out with a producer he worked with. During this time, Mystro also to interned at Untertainment Records.

At Untertainment, Mystro learned key points from each department such as Promotions, A&R and Marketing. On Some Nights he would find himself in the studio with producers Lance "Un" Rivera and Darrell 'Digga" Branch. Mystro always had quick eyes and a keen sense of hearing. This aided him to figure out what "Un" and Digga were saying and doing. Non the less, Mystro questioned each and every move. At the age of 20, Mystro met Sacario who was signed to, at that time, Elektra Records. Mystro managed to land 7 songs on the 17 track street album, which gave him a heavy street buzz. Mystro has supplied music to a lot of independent projects as, well as Majors.
To date Mystro have been blessed to produce many songs and has worked Majors like Muliti Platinum Producers Chink Santana, Dame Grease, Self Service and Artist like LL Cool J, Juelz Santana, Jim Jones, Jr Writer, Smif N Wessun, Young City aka Chopper formerly of Bad Boys Da Band, A+, Product G&B, and Reggae/Dancehall artist Lexxxus.Let's not forget about Mystro's DJ influence to the Music Industry. Mystro has had the opportunity to DJ for Chopper, Mr. Cheeks, Lil Troy, The And 1 Streetballers and many Clubs and Colleges across the nation.
Now with the accomplishment of winning a 2010 Underground Music Award for The "Best Emerging Producer of The Year" Award, Mystro says he is nowhere near pleased or satisfied with the little accomplishments that he has made thus far; but as long as he has his team behind him, supporting him, he's not going to stop until he feels he's done everything he can to make himself one of the elite producers out there.

DJ Bedtyme357

BEDTYME357 BIOGRAPHY
In the world of hip hop, it is very rare that you earn the respect of your peers, who may also be DJs, artists and aspiring hopefuls who intend to do whatever it takes to make it into the music industry. Many overlook the concept of supporting each other, or something you believe in, just because it feels good or you have the ability to do so. One individual, who is a radio and mixtape personality, a DJ that spins for a high profile artist and the co-founder of one of the largest concert series,Bedtyme357 is that rarity.
Supporting underground artists and breaking new music, while juggling the duties of DJing for Grammy nominated, Remy Ma and hosting his critically acclaimed radio program Hate Money Radio “The A&R Report” (not to mention several mixtapes a month), Bedtyme357 has been a consistent force in helping others get to the next level all while branding his name as the quality product he is and provides. In the process of doing so, Bedtyme357 has acquired huge sponsorship deals from Jagermeister, Stall and Dean Clothing and Strapped Condoms.
Bedtyme didn’t seek to be a DJ at first, it kind of just happened. “I was setting up shows for my brother Chuck”’ says Bedtyme357, “but after a while he couldn’t make it because of work, so I had to fill in and from there it’s history”. Bedtyme357 started spinning on the party and mixtape scene, quickly growing into holding down the duties of featured DJ at some of the largest events and parties in the tristate. Bedtyme357 also had the opportunity to support a legendary hip-hop artist, CL Smooth as his DJ on a European Tour mid 2005, but it was Feb 2006 when the madness really began. “I was spinning for an event our company was hired to do” states Bedtyme357, “after the event, my manager got a call from Remy’s people, next thing you know I’m on stage at Hot 97’s Full Frontal Fashion Event and I have been holding it down since”. Bedtyme357 has been Remy Ma’s official (and loyal) DJ for the last 4 years and has toured the US & overseas in support of her Gold selling album “There’s Something About Remy”.
Bedtyme357 has also been featured in several publications such as Protégé Magazine, Foundation Magazine, Producer’s Edge, IB Concept Magazine, sites such as Sixshot.com, HipHopGame.com as well as several other DVDs and a guest appearance on Shade45 Sirius Satellite Radio. Bedtyme357’s “Hate Money Radio” airs 5 nights a week on 3 different networks.
